Procedure FOB Rotterdam

1. Sellers issues SCO
2. Buyer issues ICPO and Corporate Profile, POF and TSA
3. Seller issues to Buyer Commercial Invoice (CI) and NCNDA/IMFPA
4. On receipt of signed and sealed CI and NCNDA/IMFPA from the Buyer. Seller issues POP documents to the Buyer
   1. TSR (Tank Storage Receipt) in Rotterdam
   2. Injection Report in Rotterdam
   3. Unconditional Dip-­‐Test Authorization
   4. Letter of Acknowledgement
   5. Dip-­‐Test Inspection Schedule
   6. ATV (Authority to Verify)
5. Buyer  does  Dip-­‐Test  in  Sellers  tanks  with  SGS  official  and  receive  Fresh  SGS Report alongside ATSC (Authorization to Sell and Collect) for the product
6. Within *8 hours Buyer provides TSR or Vessel Storage for Injection of Product into the Buyers hired Tank or Vessel
7. Upon successful injection, Buyer pays total cost of product via MT-­‐**3
8. Seller confirms payment and releases payment to all the intermediaries involved in the transaction
9. Buyer issues banking instrument as payment guarantee for the continuing contract delivery of *2 months
